This beautiful house, was in need of a little face lift from it's original builder grade bathroom. While this bathroom is very large, the owners were running out of storage space, the tub was rarelyused, the shower had no character, and the many mirrors everywhere was a little much for this couple. It was time that they treated themselves to a fresh new bathroom A space that would offer them the storage solutions that they needed while making the space feel much more inviting and spa like so that they would feel good using a tub again. There was very little moving of plumbing for this project. It was strictly cosmetic. All new tile, all new plumbing and lighting fixtures, and a custom designed vanity and added storage. We also made the very small laundry room much more functional with custom closets systems and a surface to fold clothes. The basement was touched with all new paint, carpet and an added hallway that leads to the new gym. In the end, our clients were very happy.
